To swap the poistion of a window and back door to allow for the formation of a new cloakroom. Drainage had to be brought from other side of property to service new toilet and sink. Replace glass in window with satin privacy glass. Re-decorate and lay Karndean floor to match existing. External stone masonary to match. Remove water storage tanks. Change boiler to combi and re-locate to basement area freeing up space in utility. Planning permission sought.
